End-to-End Proof & Photo Records

For every job we create a clear trail of proof from collection to delivery. At collection we take photo evidence of the bike, including close-up pictures of key areas, so you have a visual record of the condition before it leaves. Where it helps, we can also record video evidence – a short walk-around video or before-and-after photos that can be shared with buyers, sellers or team managers.

Each set of photos is time-stamped and linked to the job, and we can add a simple location stamp or GPS location note where required. When your bike has been delivered we send a text message or SMS update so you get a delivery text and instant delivery confirmation, even if you’re not on site.

Every handover is backed by a signed proof of delivery (POD), with the recipient’s name, signature and the time and date signed on delivery. If there are any concerns on arrival, we can add a short inspection note or condition report to the POD so everyone has the same, documented view of what was received.
